Celia, A slave

This book  is a great one! It has good  moments ,tear-jerking moments, and just horrible moments. This book is about a slave that has a hard time working for a white-slave-owner who beats Celia (the slave)  and celia attacks back. Of course this is not looked upon well. Then the slave child goes to court after a while and seems to have lost,

but fortunately she pulls through and wins the legal battle between the slave owner and herself! Before then, she faced more problems back on the farm, and as I said before--this is a true sadistic story.
