This is a wonderful book about a woman trying to make decisions about how her life has turned out. It was also made into a movie called The Hours with Nicole Kidman. It was great to read it again and then see the spin the movie put to the book.
I know it's awful, but I am recommending the book of poetry that I wrote last year. It is great for any middle school student who is having a hard time dealing with their parent's divorce. It is available through an inter-library loan from Jefferson Middle School.
I will admit I tried reading the book when I was a teenager and could not get past the first paragraph. Then I tried again during my early twenties and barely made it though the first page. It is said that the third time is a charm… and oh-my-stars… I read it and loved it....
